Coating thickness measurement

Measuring, examination and documentation is carried out with the latest modern measuring tools, which are processed with the defectoscopy X-Ray method. Due to SPC an optimal retraceability is possible

CoaCoating analysis

With the assistance of high resolution microscopic cameras, a visual coating analysis can be conducted and perfectly documented using Photoprinting. Furthermore the material composition can be identified and analysed.

Data Collecting

Using special software customized to our company's needs we are able to process customer orders according to contract and company specifications and assure optimal retraceability.
